All items quoted are special order, non-returnable, and non-refundable. Once the order has been placed with the manufacturer, no changes to the order may be made.
Additionally, a storage fee of $0.50 per piece per day will be charged for any materials that remain in storage for more than 14 days after receipt from the manufacturer. This fee will be invoiced accordingly.
The undersigned hereby verifies and accepts all of the above specifications and quoted items for purchase from Liteworks Window & Door, LLC. This acceptance acknowledges the terms and conditions outlined in the quotation, including the special order, non-returnable, and non-refundable nature of the items, as well as any applicable storage fees.
Once approved, please return the signed copy, and we will generate your deposit invoice, which will be sent via Bill.com. You can conveniently make your deposit payment online.
